My day started out so well yesterday. I got my hair trimmed exactly how I wanted it. Then because I was already out I decided to continue on my quest to find a cute spring jacket. I've drug Brett to several stores only to come up empty. Yes, I know I am picky, but I believed there was the perfect jacket out there somewhere. Turns out there are two! And they were on sale! While this may seem like a silly blog post I can not tell you how happy I was to find these jackets. Also, I'm giving myself a pat on the back for my awesome bargain shopping skills. One of the jackets I purchased had an original price of $110; I paid $11. Do the math--90% off! The second jacket I purchased had an original price of $120; I paid $12. Once again--90% off.
Basically the first part of my day was great, and then it snowed. Just when I'm getting excited about the recent warm weather, it snows. By the time I went to bed last night we had 3-4 inches. While I don't enjoy the snow, what I hate about the snow is the inevitable snow plow under my bedroom window at 6:30 am. Curse you snow and your snow plow friend! But all was not lost as I sported one of my amazing jackets at church today.
