Our New Addition!

Yes, I know what most of you are thinking, "It is about time you two!" We agree. We have an announcement to proclaim to the world...there is a new addition to our family! Please scroll to the end of this post to see a beautiful picture.

In other news, Halloween has come and gone. Brett and I were all prepared for cute little trick-or-treaters to come because we live in a ward with four nurseries and a million little kids. Sorry to disappoint! We had THREE! Only three. On Friday there was a trunk-or-treat and it appears all the parents somehow convinced their kids that that was Halloween. While the lack of little people was disappointing, we did carve some wicked awesome pumpkins. (Pictures also below) I also tried something new, and this was a big step for me. I got my hands covered in nasty pumpkin slim in order to pull out the seeds because I wanted to bake them. Well, the nastiness of having having to go through the slim paid off. They were great, and because Brett doesn't like seeds I am still eating them a week and a half later.

16 days until we fly to Utah for Thanksgiving!

This is our new addition. I got him at at a restaurant. We named him Peter!
